Our sales interview process is unique and designed to ensure the best fit for both you and our team. After your initial screening interview, you'll be invited to participate in a 1-week sales training and evaluation period, which is unpaid. This training takes place over 5 days, with one hour of attendance required each day, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM EST. Please note that sessions may occasionally extend beyond the scheduled time, depending on the training's progress and any clarifying questions.

Attendance is mandatory, and failure to attend any session will result in automatic disqualification from the hiring process. This training is led by a nationally certified trainer in training and development, who is dedicated to ensuring your understanding and success in the sales role.
